Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Team Leader to drive a high-performing Property Management department on Sydney's North Shore. You will mentor a team of Property Managers and Assistants, shape processes, and deliver exceptional service to premium clients.

Reporting to management, you will lead recruitment, onboarding and training, handle escalated issues, monitor KPIs, and implement positive changes. A current registration or Class 2 license and a valid driver’s license are required.

Formación

• Senior property management or team leader experience required.
• Ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Current real estate registration and driver's license.

We’re looking for an experiencedProperty Management Team Leaderwho is ready to take ownership, inspire a team and drive the success of a high-performing property management department.
This is more than a portfolio management role — it’s an opportunity tolead people, shape processes, elevate performance and make a real impact. You’ll be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, setting clear standards, driving accountability and ensuring an exceptional level of service across the department.

The Role:

• Manage small portfolio of premium clients
• Lead, manage and support a team of Property Managers & Assistants
• Work closely with Management
• Assisting in recruitment, onboard and training
• Manage any escalated issues with owners or tenants
• Report into management on team performance, KPI’s etc.
• Attend team meetings
• Implement any positive changes to the team

The Candidate:

• Previous Senior Property Management or Team Leader experience
• You need to possess leadership attributes!
• Be a ‘go-to’ person and a peoples person
• A current Certificate of Registration or Class 2
• Own car and Drivers license
• Have the ability to work with leadership
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Great presentational skills
• Be a motivated self-starter
