Job summary

Unison Laboratories in Melbourne seeks a Team Leader for the Private Rental Assistance Program (PRAP). You will lead a dedicated team delivering rental assistance and housing support services to renters, landlords and partners, guiding casework and service delivery to achieve housing stability.

Based at our Werribee office with occasional attendance in Seddon, you will build strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders, coordinate resources, monitor outcomes and ensure adherence

Qualifications

• Experience leading a service delivery team.
• Background in housing/housing support services.
• Ability to work with renters, landlords and agents.

Team Leader - Private Rental Assistance Program (PRAP)

This is a rewarding leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting others, solving complex challenges and making a genuine difference in the community. You’ll lead a team delivering private rental assistance and housing support services, working closely with renters, landlords, real estate agents and community partners to create pathways to housing stability.

No two days are the same. From guiding your team through complex client situations to building strong stakeholder relationships and identifying practical solutions, you’ll play a key role in achieving meaningful outcomes for people experiencing housing insecurity.

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity classified at SCHADS Award Level 6, primarily based at our Werribee office, with occasional attendance required at our Seddon office.
