Engage Personnel in Parramatta is partnering with a specialist personal injury law firm to recruit an experienced paralegal ready to move into a leadership role. You will mentor the paralegal team, oversee workloads and workflows, and ensure high-quality client service in a collaborative environment.

About you

• Demonstrated experience working as a paralegal within personal injury law.
• Previous experience mentoring, supervising or leading other paralegals, or clear readiness to take the next step into leadership.
• A sound understanding of personal injury claims and the associated legal processes, ideally across workers compensation, CTP, work injury damages, public liability or TPD.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across a team.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgement and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• A genuine interest in developing people, improving processes and contributing to a positive team culture.
