Job summary

Prudence Rehab in NSW seeks an experienced, people-centered Team Leader to guide a high-performing group of allied health professionals and make a meaningful impact in workplace rehabilitation.

You will oversee a hybrid team of up to six consultants, balancing people leadership with operational delivery, coaching, and service quality improvements to support client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in occupational rehabilitation.
• Collaborative leadership style balancing accountability with empathy.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for supporting people; both clients and team to achieve their best.
• You are registered with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and developing consultants to deliver outstanding client outcomes and professional growth.
• Monitoring performance, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction to ensure services exceed benchmarks.
• Collaborating with Service Delivery and Client Relations leaders to shape team strategy and service innovation.
• Building strong relationships with insurers, employers, and partners to enhance Prudence Rehab’s reputation for excellence.
• Supporting national initiatives that drive continuous improvement, innovation, and growth.
• Shape the next generation of workplace rehab professionals and influence best practice across NSW.

The Role

We’re looking for experienced and people-centred Team Leaders to join our growing NSW leadership team. As a Team Leader, you’ll oversee a hybrid team of up to six consultants across allied health disciplines. You’ll balance people leadership with operational delivery – guiding performance, mentoring consultants in clinical reasoning, driving service quality, and fostering a culture of excellence and wellbeing.

Your days will include:

• Coaching and developing consultants to deliver outstanding client outcomes and professional growth.

• Monitoring performance, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction to ensure services exceed scheme and contractual benchmarks.

• Collaborating with the our Service Delivery and Client Relations leaders to shape team strategy, structure, and service innovation.

• Building strong relationships with insurers, employers, and key partners to enhance Prudence Rehab’s reputation for excellence.

• Supporting national initiatives that drive continuous improvement, innovation, and growth.

• Shape the next generation of workplace rehab professionals and influence best practice across NSW.

About You
You’re an experienced workplace rehabilitation professional who thrives on leading others to succeed. You bring:

• Minimum 5 years experience in occupational rehabilitation.
