Job summary

Prudence Rehab in Sydney is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll partner with workers, employers, insurers and treating professionals to help people recover, rebuild confidence, and successfully return to work with autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC.
• Occupational rehabilitation experience is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Conduct face-to-face and remote assessments.
• Deliver wellness programs and pre-employment assessments.
• Attend case conferences and client meetings.
• Provide single services, assessments, and mental health programs.
• Work collaboratively on joint cases within a multidisciplinary team.

You'll partner with workers, employers, insurers and treating professionals to help people recover, rebuild confidence and successfully return to work. This is a role where you'll have autonomy, variety and the opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and collaborate with key stakeholders
• Conduct face-to-face and remote assessments
• Deliver wellness programs and pre-employment assessments
• Attend case conferences and client meetings
• Provide single services, assessments, and mental health programs
• Work collaboratively on joint cases within a multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to larger projects such as injury prevention initiatives and job dictionary development

You’ll Also Have

• Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes
• Occupational rehabilitation experience (highly regarded)
