Job summary

Leathwood Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to join our on-site crew across high-end commercial sites in Sydney. You will lead a team, coordinate on-site scope, and ensure quality workmanship while mentoring junior staff.

The successful candidate will manage workloads, train apprentices and labourers, and maintain strong client relationships. A proactive attitude and integrity are essential for our growing business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years qualified experience in commercial landscape industry.
• White card.
• 2+ years' experience as a Team Leader managing a team.
• Ability to prioritise time and run an efficient site.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team and prioritise workload.
• Eye for detail and quality of work.
• On-tools work experience with the team.
• Train staff such as apprentices and labourers.
• Lead and mentor junior staff on site and coordinate scope of works.
