Becoming by Kristy in Brisbane and Surrounds is seeking a Team Leader – Maintenance to mentor a small crew and drive quality across commercial landscapes. You will balance horticultural excellence with people leadership to deliver projects that meet client expectations and schedule.

You will oversee mowing, hedging, pruning, planting and regular garden care, ensuring top presentation on varied sites while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.

About the role

As Team Leader – Maintenance, you'll lead from the field while developing your capability as a leader. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial landscapes throughout Brisbane and Surrounds, leading a small crew and setting the standard for quality, presentation and professional delivery, with the support from experienced Operational leaders. You'll understand that great maintenance sits at the intersection of horticulture, people and commercial delivery, able to look at a garden and see what needs to happen next while understanding how to get a team there, do the work efficiently and leave the client confident in what has been delivered.
