Job summary

City FM Australia is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Team Leader to support our facilities management team. The role is full-time and permanent, with Monday to Friday hours between 7:00am and 7:00pm, and two days of work-from-home per week.

You will lead a diverse team, drive performance, and liaise with stakeholders in a fast-paced 24/7 contact centre environment. Applicants should have prior supervisory experience and strong communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Previous Team Leader/Supervisor experience with the ability to lead a team.
• Previous Customer Service experience – Essential.
• Previously worked in a fast-paced contact centre or office environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Driven to succeed and able to achieve and exceed targets/KPIs.
• High level of attention to detail, with excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Ensure set targets and KPI’s are achieved.
• Manage day-to-day workload of team members as well as rostering.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work within a fast-paced contact centre environment that operates 24/7.
