Job summary

Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a premium residential landscaping company servicing Melbourne's Bayside and Mornington Peninsula. They seek a Team Leader for their Garden Maintenance division to manage high-end residential properties and lead a small on-site team.

You will prune, hedge, lawn care, monitor plant health, mentor apprentices, and maintain pristine presentation across prestigious gardens. License and experience required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Parks & Gardens (or equivalent) is required.
• Proven experience in residential garden maintenance is required.
• Strong horticultural knowledge and attention to detail are essential.
• Manual Drivers License is required.
• Ability to lead and support apprentices on site.
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• High-end residential garden maintenance including pruning, hedging, and lawn care.
• Monitoring plant health and applying sound horticultural practices.
• Leading and mentoring apprentices on site.
• Client interaction and maintaining exceptional presentation standards.

The business specialises in premium garden maintenance for discerning clients, delivering exceptional horticultural care and attention to detail across some of Melbourne's finest properties.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Qualified Gardenerto join their maintenance division. This role is suited to a motivated professional who takes pride in their work and enjoys leading a small team in a supportive, quality-focused environment.
