Job summary

Delaware North Australia & New Zealand is seeking casual Food & Beverage Team Leaders to join our Perth Airport venues, including cafés, restaurants and bars. You will lead front-of-house teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a fast-paced, high-volume venue.
• Approved Manager Card
• RSA and Food Safety Certificates
• Bar operations skills
• Coffee making or barista experience
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day roster

This hands on leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys leading high performing teams, and is ready to take their next career adventure to new heights.

Flexibilty to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roster is required.

What will you do?

• Lead, inspire, train, and develop the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
• Provide hands-on service, showcasing your barista and bartending skills across bar and dining areas
• Ensure all service areas are set up, maintained, and guest-ready at all times
• Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations, and accommodate dietary needs
• Drive sales by leading upselling strategies and executing promotional initiatives
• Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

More About You

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a fast-paced, volume driven venue
• Approved Manager Card
• Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety Certificates
• Skilled in bar operations
• Well versed in coffee making or with barista experience
• Flexibilty to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roster
