Metro Pubs in Western Australia is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensuring the team has what they need to run the shift like clockwork and that customers are kept happy. You will lead by example, uphold high standards and support the management team during busy periods.

The role focuses on delivering memorable service, coordinating the team, and maintaining a safe, legal, and welcoming bar environment for locals and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
