Total Metering Services is looking for a skilled electrician to step into a Team Leader / Electrical Field Supervisor role in the North Sydney region. You will lead field technicians, provide on‑the‑job mentoring and ensure compliance with TMS standards and client requirements.

This is a hands‑on leadership position reporting to the State Service Delivery Manager. Travel locally across North Sydney and Newcastle is required, with opportunities for ongoing development and a clear path to

Qualificações

• Fully qualified and licensed electrician.
• Experience in electrical field work and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lead and mentor technicians.

• Willingness to travel locally throughout the North Sydney region.
• Metering experience preferred but not required.
• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise and support field technicians across the North Sydney area.

• Maintain strong communication and professional relationships with clients, technicians and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in field processes, documentation, quality and performance.
• Support technician onboarding, training and competency development while promoting accountability and professional standards.

Location: North Sydney / Newcastle

Total Metering Services (TMS) is seeking a skilled, professional and reliable electrician to join our growing team as a Team Leader / Electrical Field Supervisor based in North Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician who is ready to take the next step into a leadership and supervisory role while remaining involved in field operations. You will report directly to the State Service Delivery Manager.

About the Role

As a Team Leader / Electrical Field Supervisor, you will support the successful delivery of field operations while providing guidance and leadership to technicians across the North Sydney region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, supervise and support field technicians across the North Sydney area.




• Provide technical guidance, mentoring and real-time coaching to team members.




• Ensure all work meets TMS procedures, client requirements and legislative obligations.




• Promote a strong safety-first culture and monitor compliance with SWMS, PPE and Work Instructions.

• A fully qualified and licensed electrician.

• Comfortable travelling locally throughout the North Sydney region.




• Metering experience is preferred but not required.




• Previous supervisory, team leader or mentoring experience will be highly regarded.
