Total Metering Services Pty Ltd in NSW is seeking a Team Leader / Electrical Field Supervisor to guide field technicians across the Southern Highlands region. The role combines leadership with hands-on electrical work and client coordination.

You will report to the State Service Delivery Manager, mentor staff, ensure safety compliance and drive continuous improvement in field processes and documentation. Immediate start available for qualified electricians.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified and licensed electrician.
• Experienced in electrical field work.
• Confident providing guidance and support to other technicians.
• Strong communicator with leadership and organisational skills.
• Professional, reliable and safety-focused.
• Able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced field environment.
• Comfortable travelling locally.
• Metering experience preferred but not required.
• Previous supervisory, team leader or mentoring experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support field technicians across the Southern Highlands region.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring and real-time coaching to team members.
• Ensure all work meets TMS procedures, client requirements and legislative obligations.
• Promote a safety-first culture and monitor compliance with SWMS, PPE and Work Instructions.
• Conduct site visits, field audits and quality checks to maintain high work standards.
• Assist with troubleshooting, fault identification and resolution of onsite issues.
• Work closely with Works Coordination and management to support efficient job delivery and scheduling.
• Maintain strong communication and professional relationships with clients, technicians and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in field processes, documentation, quality and performance.
• Support technician onboarding, training and competency development while promoting accountability and professional standards.

Location: Southern Highlands

Total Metering Services (TMS) is seeking a skilled, professional and reliable electrician to join our growing team as a Team Leader / Electrical Field Supervisor based in Southern Highlands or surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician who is ready to take the next step into a leadership and supervisory role while remaining involved in field operations. You will report directly to the State Service Delivery Manager.

About the Role

As a Team Leader / Electrical Field Supervisor, you will support the successful delivery of field operations while providing guidance and leadership to technicians across the Southern Highlands region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, supervise and support field technicians across the Southern Highlands region.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring and real-time coaching to team members.
• Ensure all work meets TMS procedures, client requirements and legislative obligations.
