Job summary

Tassal Group in Dover, Tasmania, seeks a Dive Team Leader to oversee daily diving activities, maintain equipment, and guarantee safety and efficiency in operations. This full-time role commands leadership over a skilled crew at the Hope site.

The ideal candidate has aquaculture diving experience, SSBA certifications up to 30m, and strong planning and communication skills to coach new divers and drive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years aquaculture diving experience.
• Commercial SSBA Dive Supervisor qualification (or equivalent).
• Commercial SSBA Diver qualification (to 30m minimum) or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Education

We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Dive Team Leader to manage and lead our diving activities at our Hope site in Dover. This full-time position involves maintaining diving equipment and ensuring safety and efficiency in all diving operations. You’ll oversee a skilled team and receive a dive allowance of $104 per dive day.

Your Skills
