Tassal in Dover, TAS, is seeking a highly organized Dive Team Leader to manage daily diving operations at our Hope site. You will oversee a skilled team, maintain equipment and uphold safety standards while optimizing efficiency.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of aquaculture diving experience and hold SSBA Dive Supervisor and Diver qualifications (to 30m). A strong leader who coaches divers and collaborates across teams will thrive here.

Job description

We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Dive Team Leader to manage and lead our diving activities at our Hope site in Dover. This full-time position involves maintaining diving equipment and ensuring safety and efficiency in all diving operations. You’ll oversee a skilled teamand receive a dive allowance of $104 per dive day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead daily diving activities
• Maintain diving equipment
• Ensure safety and efficiency in dive operations

Your Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of aquaculture diving experience
• Commercial SSBA Dive Supervisor qualification (or equivalent)
• Commercial SSBA Diver qualification (to 30m minimum) or equivalent
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
