Job summary

Primary Connect, part of the Woolworths Group in Australia, seeks a Team Leader to guide a frontline team in safety, operations and customer service. You will coach, mentor, and develop staff while driving performance and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• A proven track record as a leader who takes ownership and is a proactive problem-solver.
• Experience working with Unions is highly regarded.
• Demonstrates logical thinking and effective problem solving approaches
• A background in Supply Chain, Retail, or FMCG
• A passion for nurturing and developing a team.
• Pro-actively seeks continuous improvement methods
• The recruitment process will involve attendance at a 5-hour onsite assessment centre in Kewdale

What you’ll do

As the Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team to achieve expectations across safety, operations, people, customer service, and financial performance. This is an integral role providing strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to cultivate a customer-first culture that consistently delivers outstanding results.
