provides a range of short-term, crisis and refuge accommodation and outreach, working to support singles, couples, and families over the age of 16, through their crisis housing situation as they move towards independent living.
We aim to reduce the number of people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless by providing supported accommodations, assertive outreach, and centre-based support.
As Team Leader, you will provide operational leadership and guidance to Support Workers and Case Officers, ensuring high-quality service delivery across our Accommodation and Outreach programs. You’ll also contribute to the development of service procedures and case management frameworks.
You are a values-driven leader with a strong understanding of homelessness and housing support services. You bring empathy, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit to your work.
