Job summary

One Harvest Pty Ltd in Sydney's Smeaton Grange site is seeking experienced Team Leaders for the AM shift. You will supervise Process Workers and Machine Operators, lead by example and help exceed production targets.

The role emphasizes safety, food hygiene, and hands-on leadership in a cold room environment (2°C–6°C). Ideal candidates will have FMCG team leadership experience, strong problem-solving, and proficiency with computers to drive KPIs and process changes.

About the Role

We have multiple opportunitiesfor experienced Team Leaders to join our fantastic team at our Smeaton Grange siteon the AM shift the position is ongoing.In this role, youwill lead by example and provide positive and effective leadership to teams to help exceed production targets.Valuable skills and operational knowledge within the FMCG industry will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise teams of Process Workers and Machine Operators
• Motivate and mentor teams to encourage positive morale and high productivity
• Maintain a strong focus on working safely and adhere to food hygiene rules
• Work in a cold room environment (between 2oC and 6oC)

The ideal candidate:

• Experience within FMCG, as a team leader
• Ability to think on your feet and outside the box
• Hands on approach to achieving KPIs
• High accuracy rate and excellent attention to detail
• Proficient computer and organisational skills
• Experience driving and promoting process changes
• Team supervision of up to 10 people
