Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join a well-established food manufacturing site in Arndell Park. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily operations, driving performance and meeting production targets with a focus on quality and safety.

You will lead up to 10 staff, promote a high-performing culture, and coordinate across departments to ensure smooth operations. The role offers day and afternoon shifts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Promotes team development through training and daily coaching.
• Sound knowledge of production equipment and machinery.
• Strong time management, delegation and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced environment with physical/manual demands.
• Competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

About the Role:
