Job summary

Chandler Macleod Australia is seeking casual team members for a state-of-the-art food and manufacturing site in Arndell Park, NSW. Immediate shifts are available to help support processing, packaging and quality checks while maintaining flexibility and work‑life balance.

Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adhere to HACCP/GMP standards, and contribute to a safe, clean workplace with a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with HACCP and GMP practices – a must.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety requirements.
• Flexibility to work on a Monday to Friday roster; shifts may start early or mid-afternoon.
• Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy items.
• Able to work in a colder environment (3 degrees).

Responsibilities

• Place products into sleeves and packaging.
• Check labels, dates and product quality.
• Pack products into boxes.
• Keep the work area clean and tidy.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety rules.
• Perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety. The ideal candidates will have:

• Experience with HACCP and GMP practices – a must.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety requirements.
• Flexibility to work on a Monday to Friday roster is essential. Depending on the section, shifts may start between 5:00am–9:00am for the day shift, 1:00pm–3:00pm for the afternoon shift.
• Physical capability to manage repetitive tasks and safely lift/move heavy items.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team focus.
• Able to work in a colder environment (3 degrees)
• Must have Steel cap boots + His Vis jacket (Yellow)
