Job summary

RAC Auto Services Balcatta is seeking an experienced Team Leader (Workshop Controller) to oversee operations and guide a skilled team in a modern workshop. Lead a team of technicians and apprentices, drive KPIs, and uphold RAC standards while delivering excellent customer service.

We value licensing, strong diagnostics knowledge, and the ability to coach in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role includes benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Automotive Technician.
• Licensing: C-Class Driver's Licence and Motor Vehicle Repairer's Licence.
• Extensive background in servicing, repairs and diagnostics.
• Proven leadership and mentoring ability.
• Strong organisational skills for fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Automotive Technicians and Apprentices.

We're currently seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader (Workshop Controller) to oversee operations at our Balcatta Service Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Senior Technician or experienced Team Leader/Workshop Controller looking for a fresh challenge.
