Tip Top Bakeries in Dry Creek, Adelaide, is looking for a motivated Team Leader to guide a fast-paced FMCG bakery team. Be part of a company that values quality, safety and teamwork, with two permanent full-time roles and immediate starts.

Roster options include Sunday to Thursday with day or late afternoon/night shifts. You will lead and motivate staff, uphold food safety and quality standards, and drive performance across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced FMCG environment (bakery preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred but not mandatory.

This is your chance to lead a passionate team in a fast-paced FMCG environment, where quality, safety, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

Roster: Sunday to Thursday

Day Shift

• Sunday: 4:30am - 3:00pm
• Monday: 6:30am - 4:00pm
• Tuesday: 6:30am - 2:00pm
• Wednesday: 6:30am - 1:00pm
• Thursday: 6:30am - 1:00pm

Late Afternoon/Night Shift

• Sunday: 2:50pm - 11:50pm
• Monday: 3:50pm - 12:50am
• Tuesday: 8:40pm - 4:10am
• Wednesday: 7:40pm - 3:10am
• Thursday: 8:40pm - 4:10am

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating your team to meet the goals
• Ensuring food safety and product quality standards are met
• Promoting safe work practices and maintaining a safe environment
• Providing guidance, feedback, and support to team members
• Collaborating across departments to drive performance

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Computer literacy and SAP knowledge (preferred)
• A results-driven mindset without compromising safety or quality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentI
