Tip Top Bakery in Springwood is seeking a Production Team Leader to guide a high-performing production team in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will lead from the front, motivate staff, ensure food safety and quality, and collaborate across departments to drive results. This role offers weekly pay and a supportive team with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• FMCG or similar fast-paced environment experience.
• Confident leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• SAP experience is a bonus.

Available Shift Pattern:

Thursday (3am - 11:30am), Friday (7:30am - 6:30pm), Saturday (5am - 4pm)

What You'll Be Doing

Motivate and coach your team to hit production targets

Ensure food safety and product quality standards are consistently met

Champion a strong safety culture and safe work practices

Provide clear guidance, feedback and hands-on support

Work collaboratively across departments to drive results

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment

Confident leadership and team management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Computer literacy (SAP experience is a bonus!)

The ability to lead from the front in a hands-on environment
