Job summary

Ashdown People seeks an experienced Salesforce Team Lead to join a Flow Migration project in Sydney. The role reports to the Critical Systems Maintenance Program Manager and will oversee the technical migration to Salesforce Flow.

Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in the office. Immediate start through December 2026. Daily rate AUD 850–950 plus Super aligns with senior Salesforce leadership and migration expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Salesforce projects and upgrades.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow automation.
• Understanding migration from Process Builder/Workflow to Flow.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Ability to build implementation schedules and track status.
• Experience with Atlassian tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Lead for the Sales Flow Migration Project.
• Guide Developers and Test Analysts through Salesforce migration to Flow.
• Ensure technical quality standards at all stages.
• Follow Salesforce technical recommendations throughout the project.
• Utilise Salesforce Flow Migration tool effectively.
• Liaise with Technology Group on issues, dependencies, approvals and deployments.
• Report progress to the Program Manager for risk tracking.

Salesforce Team Lead

About the Role

An experienced Team Lead with Salesforce knowledge is required to join a Salesforce Flow Migration project. The primary objective of the Salesforce Flow Migration project is the upgrade of the Salesforce applications to the new Salesforce Flow automation technology. This role reports to the Critical Systems Maintenance Program Manager.

Key Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated experience leading Salesforce projects and upgrades
• Experience in Salesforce Flow automation technology
• Detailed understanding of the migration process from Process Builders and Workflow Rules to Flow Automation.
• Experience in collaborating with and influencing stakeholders to manage expectations and reach agreement.
• Experience in building technical implementation schedules and providing regular status tracking.
• Experience in Atlassian tools including Confluence and Jira is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume the role of Technical Lead for the Sales Flow Migration Project.
• Guide Developers and Test Analysts in the technical migration of Salesforce systems to Salesforce Flow automation technology.
• Ensure that technical quality standards are met at every stage of the project.
• Ensure that Salesforce technical recommendations are followed throughout the project.
• Ensure effective and appropriate utilisation of the Salesforce Flow Migration tool.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, particularly in the Technology Group, regarding technical issues, dependencies, change approvals and code deployments.
• Report technical progress to the Program Manager to ensure that risks, issues and progress can be tracked
