You will deliver robust Salesforce solutions, collaborating with the Salesforce Development Team Lead and Program Manager to meet tight timeframes while adhering to technical standards and architectural directions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Apex, LWC, and migrating to Salesforce Flows.
• Strong Salesforce data model understanding and external integrations.
• CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps or Gearset.

The position operates under a hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the Sydney CBD office.

Key responsibilities

• You will report directly to the Salesforce Development Team Lead while collaborating closely with the Program Manager to deliver robust, scalable solutions under tight timeframes.
• As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will focus on high-volume automation technology within a dedicated project team.
• Develop, configure, and test Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on Salesforce automation technology and Flow migrations.
• Deliver high-quality code and development services that strictly align with established technical standards and architectural directions.

What you need

• Salesforce Automation Expertise: Extensive experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and migrating Process Builders/Workflows to Salesforce Flows.
• Data & Integration Skills: Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model (objects, fields, relationships) alongside proven experience developing Salesforce APIs and web services for external integrations.
• CI/CD Tools: Proficient in managing deployments using tools like Azure DevOps or Gearset.
