Job description

We are seeking a full‑time Team Coordinator to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office and client support activities. This role is well suited to an administrator with 1–2 years’ experience who is eager to develop broader office, client support, and coordination skills.

Primary responsibilities
  • Maintain a well‑organised and welcoming office environment for both our team and clients, including meeting room setup, everyday kitchen upkeep (tidying, dishwasher, restocking), and management of stationery and office supplies.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and office support, including answering phones, managing enquiries, assisting with meetings, AV setup, document formatting, printing and binding, and coordinating couriers and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Affairs team, including invoicing, and diary management.
  • Produce high‑quality client documentation, including letters, quotes, and proposals, in line with established templates and style guidelines.
  • Assist with contract setup and administration (including DocuSign), and provide support with invoicing, forecasting, and budget tracking.
  • Support tender processes through administrative assistance and document preparation.
  • Provide administrative support to the People & Culture function, including coordinating onboarding schedules and preparing and managing onboarding forms and documentation.
  • Assist with the organisation and delivery of internal, external, and social events, including coordinating catering for meetings and events.
