Savills Australia & New Zealand is seeking a proactive Team Administrator for our Commercial Sales division in Melbourne CBD. You’ll support a fast-paced team, manage CRM data, create listings, and assemble marketing collateral to help agents deliver exceptional client outcomes.
You'll coordinate third-party services, handle client enquiries, and assist with reporting, invoicing, and events, while supporting the State Director as needed.
As a Team Administrator within Savills’ high-performing Commercial Sales team in the Melbourne CBD, you’ll be at the heart of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This role is critical in keeping the team connected, organised, and operating at its best, acting as the go-to support that enables agents to focus on delivering outstanding results for clients.
Working closely with a diverse group of sales professionals, you’ll play a key part in coordinating campaigns, managing information flow, and ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed. Your ability to build strong relationships, anticipate team needs, and keep multiple moving parts on track will directly contribute to the success of the wider team and the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
