We're looking for educators who…
Full-time permanent position located at either Flinders Street or Surry Hills Campuses.
What you’ll bring
PhD (completed or in progress) is highly preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in one or more core business disciplines, such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management, Strategy or Economics, together with strong digital and analytical capabilities, including the application of AI and technology-enabled decision-making.
Current industry practice with the ability to integrate contemporary business, responsible and sustainable business principles (including ethics, ESG, and governance), and best-practice learning and teaching approaches into the student experience.
Strong facilitation skills across online and face-to-face learning environments in Higher Education
Experience using learning technologies and digital tools to enhance teaching
Confidence using, or enthusiasm for adopting, AI-enabled approaches in education
Experience designing engaging learning and assessment activities
A student-centred approach to teaching and learning
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional learning
Relevant postgraduate qualifications (or working towards completion)
