Job summary

TeachMatch is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants for a Nailsworth placement starting in November. This full-time role supports students with additional needs, including Autism and SEMH, 1:1 or in small groups, under a supportive school team.

You will assist the class teacher, help foster an inclusive learning environment, and manage behaviour calmly while supporting students' emotional and social development. DBS clearance is required or willingness to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an SEN or mainstream school environment
• Patient, caring, and resilient approach
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
