Job summary

The Hills Grammar School in Sydney Hills District NSW is seeking a caring LE Teacher’s Aide to support students with additional learning needs across Junior and Senior School settings. This term-time-only role runs Monday to Friday, within the Learning Enrichment Centre and mainstream classrooms to help students access the curriculum.

You will collaborate with teachers, specialists and families to develop independence and achieve individual learning goals, monitor progress and prepare learning

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with identified learning needs in a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Confidence using technology and learning support platforms.
• A current Employee Working with Children Check.

About the role

Hills Grammar is seeking a caring, proactive, and enthusiastic LE Teacher’s Aide to support students with additional learning needs across Junior and Senior School settings. This term-time-only role operates Monday to Friday.

Working within our Learning Enrichment Centre and mainstream classrooms, you will collaborate with teachers, specialist staff, and families to help students access the curriculum, develop independence, and achieve their individual learning goals.

Key Responsibilities
