The Meadows Public School in Sydney's Seven Hills area seeks a permanent part-time Teacher Librarian (0.8FTE) to support literacy, numeracy and student engagement. The role requires NSW teaching approvals and a focus on collaborative, evidence-informed practice.

Salary package up to $160,942 total, base salary $92,882–$141,997 plus leave loading and super. This is a 4 days per week, permanent appointment within the Bungarribee network.

Qualifications

• Approval to teach K-6 and approval to teach primary library
• Ability to develop and deliver high-quality release from face-to-face programs
• Proactive management to maintain high standards of behaviour and promote a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment in the library
• Engage students in critical and creative thinking, digital literacy, current curriculum and love of literature
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the school
