Y Schools Queensland - Fortitude Valley QLD is seeking a passionate Teacher for a Permanent, Full-Time on-site role in Brisbane. You will deliver academic and wellbeing programs, support vocational training, and help lead campus operations.

Qualifikationen

• Hold a relevant University degree and current QCT Registration.
• First Aid Certificate and CPR Qualifications.
• Plan and prepare teaching and learning programs to meet students' needs.
• Implement inclusive teaching practices and use learning technologies.
• Communicate effectively with students and manage behaviour positively.

Y Schools Queensland - Online Campus (pending NSSAB accreditation) are seeking a passionate Teacher on a Permanent, Full-Time basis based in Brisbane. This is an On-site role, 5 days a week.

What will my time look like?

• Delivering academic and wellbeing programs to students.
• Support the delivery of vocational training programs offered to students; and
• Support the Head of Campus/School in the operation of the campus to achieve educational, wellbeing and vocational objectives.
• Create a nurturing and supportive learning environment which is learner focused, safe, supportive and aligned to the curriculum.
• Collaborate with like-minded peers to plan, write and deliver structured lessons that differentiate and personalise the learning for each student.
• Assess and provide meaningful and supportive feedback and report on student learning.
• Supporting young people with diverse learning and support needs, including disabilities, behavioural challenges, ASD, ADHD/ADD, and mental health needs
• Support our young people to know success!

Am I a good match?

• Hold a relevant University degree, current Queensland College of Teachers Registration,
• First Aid Certificate and CPR Qualifications
• Apply appropriate knowledge to plan and prepare teaching and learning programs to meet the diverse characteristics, needs and learning styles of students who are at risk of disengaging from education
• Implement effective, inclusive teaching practices, including the use of learning technologies and assessment, to create a supportive environment where students are encouraged to reach their full potential.
• Communicate effectively with students using strong interpersonal skills and implement behaviour management strategies that support a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Expereince in delivering teaching curriculum online and expereince in using Canva preffered.
