Job summary

Compass Group Australia is seeking a Residential Cleaner to service homes and units across remote Central Queensland sites. You will drive-in/drive-out, manage linen changes and waste, and adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards.

The role requires a valid driver's license or willing to fly in/out of Brisbane, a FIFO roster, the ability to work 10-hour days, and the fitness to handle physically demanding work. Training and equal opportunities are provided.

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for long hours and perform physical work
• Previous residential and bond cleaning experience desirable but not necessary
• Willing to work FIFO roster in remote areas
• Willing to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Able to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol test
• Working within a team and sometimes autonomously

Residential Cleaning

• $76503 + Super
• Roster 8/6 (8 days on and 6 days off) 10hr working day
• All accommodation and meals included

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

We are currently experiencing a significant growth phase in the remote sector, specifically throughout our Central QLD Region. Having recently been awarded an exciting new project with Anglo American, servicing villages in Moranbah.

The Position:

• Physically active role, must be able to work 10-hour days
