Job summary

Our Lady of Mercy College Parramatta in Parramatta NSW is seeking a TAS Assistant - Workshop and Textiles to support delivery of practical TAS learning. You will help maintain safe, well-resourced workshops, provide technical and classroom support, and assist with resource management and WHS compliance.

Qualifications

• TAS department workshop/textiles experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Understanding of WHS practices.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, well-resourced TAS workshops.
• Provide technical and classroom support for TAS subjects.
• Assist with resource management and WHS compliance.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive learning environment.
