The Talent Solutions Advisor position oversees and manages all new recruitment requests and oversees day to day recruitment activity for ongoing and fixed term positions at UC. The role works closely with hiring managers to proactively source talent across all faculties and business units. This is a fixed term contract to cover a period of leave of absence until the end of this year (2026) and ideally to start as soon as possible.
To be successful in this role, you will be a friendly, customer focused recruiter or talent acquisition professional with experience in consulting and advising on varied staff recruitment processes and approaches. We are looking for a personable team player with good prioritisation, strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
