TAFE NSW is seeking a Talent Acquisition Support Officer to assist talent management by administrating and coordinating talent pools. You will work with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team to maintain candidate records and monitor talent pool activity.

You will help stakeholders navigate talent pool processes and identify suitable sourcing options. You will ensure data accuracy across talent systems, prepare reports, and support recruitment-related activities while contributing to

Qualifications

• Must have advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office proficiency.
• Experience handling data, maintaining records and producing data extracts/reports.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), PageUp a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to support customers and candidates.
• Commitment to data integrity and quality outcomes.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with process improvement mindset.
• Working with Children Check required prior to commencement.
