Job summary

Rentco Transport Equipment Rentals in Sydney is seeking an energetic and proactive People & Talent Coordinator to join our team. This role combines recruitment, talent management and HR operations, delivering end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will develop recruitment strategies, coordinate onboarding, manage records, and contribute to people initiatives that strengthen our high-performing workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, People & Culture or HR.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong ability to source, attract and engage quality candidates.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to achieve recruitment outcomes.
• Knowledge of onboarding, employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common HRIS/ATS tools.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction experiences for new hires.
• Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documents.
• Support compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
• Deliver insights from recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
