Job summary

The AFL - Australian Football League is seeking a dedicated Talent Pathways Trainer based in Darwin to support the NT Talent Academy. You will help players prepare, participate and return to play safely, working with coaches and medical staff to deliver injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for working with players, coaches and medical staff.
• Ability to work in a high-performance environment with attention to safety and rehabilitation.
• Evidence of teamwork, organization and ability to manage multiple commitments.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical sports training support and injury prevention strategies.
• Assist with strapping, stretching, massage and strengthening support.
• Assess injuries and escalate when further medical assessment is required.
• Support safe return-to-play and rehabilitation under medical guidance.
