Job summary

Catholic Early EdCare Brisbane is seeking a Talent & Workforce Coordinator to help coordinate recruitment from application through onboarding. You’ll support hiring managers, keep candidates informed and ensure a smooth, compliant process during busy periods.

You’ll join a close-knit recruitment pod and contribute your organisational strengths, initiative and warmth to create a positive candidate experience and a reliable recruitment flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration is valuable.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Good communication and relationship-building with candidates and managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and recruitment logistics; keep everyone informed.
• Prepare offers, contracts and documentation with high accuracy.
• Manage job ads and screen candidates to move applications forward.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks (Blue Card, police checks, verifications).
• Follow up on outstanding compliance information with candidates and managers.
• Support onboarding and induction activities.
