Job summary

NTI Limited in Brisbane is seeking a Talent Advisor to join our People & Capability team and lead end-to-end recruitment while supporting broader HR activities.

You will help implement a new applicant tracking system, refine recruitment processes, and build strong relationships with leaders and external candidates.

With 2+ years in recruitment or generalist HR and experience with HiBob, you will thrive in our collaborative, high-performing environment and enjoy flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or generalist HR.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Experience with HiBob or other HR systems is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activity across multiple business areas.
• Conduct candidate phone screenings and support initial assessments.
• Coordinate and support interviews.
• Partner with hiring leaders to provide informed candidate recommendations and recruitment insights.
• Build talent pipelines and source candidates through multiple channels.
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Support the successful implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System.
• Provide general P&C advice and support across a range of people initiatives as required.

What you’ll love about the role:

This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact beyond traditional recruitment. As a key member of the People & Capability team, you'll enjoy high visibility across the business and work closely with leaders to shape how we attract and onboard talent at NTI.

You’ll play an important role in the implementation of our new ATS and people systems, helping to refine recruitment processes, improve the candidate experience and embed new ways of working. Your ideas and insights will directly influence how recruitment is delivered into the future.

While recruitment is your primary focus, you’ll also gain exposure to a broad range of People & Capability activities, providing opportunities to build your HR knowledge and develop your career in new directions.
