Job summary

Sandvik Kenwick, WA, is seeking an HR professional to drive talent acquisition, development and succession planning as part of a collaborative HR team. You will partner with managers to align workforce planning with business goals and deliver end-to-end recruitment while advancing employer branding and inclusive hiring practices.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, HR systems experience (Workday advantageous), and a proactive approach to delivering excellent candidate experiences.

Qualifications

  • Must have HR operations experience and stakeholder engagement.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment and talent development practices.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources (progress toward acceptable).

About the Opportunity

As a key member of our dynamic and collaborative Human Resources team, this role plays a vital part in driving business success. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning, leveraging a strategic business partnering approach to attract, grow, and retain top talent.

About you

We are looking for a highly motivated HR professional with a passion for people and collaboration. Skilled in delivering exceptional customer service, effective communication, and strategic thinking. Experienced in HR operations, stakeholder engagement, and working with HR systems (Workday as an advantage). Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work proactively and independently. Holds (or is working towards) a tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources
