Royal Rehab Group in Brisbane is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time 3-month temp contract. You’ll own the complete recruitment cycle from advertising to placement, engaging with stakeholders and candidates to deliver a high-touch, efficient hiring experience.

The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, excels at building relationships, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality interviews and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience (agency or internal).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms (JobAdder a bonus).

About The Role

We're on the lookout for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist, full-time on a 3 month temp contract (possibility of extension!!). You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle — from advertising, sourcing and setting interviews to client management and placement.
