MacKillop Family Services seeks a Carer Recruitment and Development Worker to attract, assess, train and support foster carers across the Wimmera Southwest region. You will work within a trauma-informed framework, build community connections, and ensure carers provide safe, nurturing environments for vulnerable children.
This full-time role (38hrs) is based in Warrnambool and/or Geelong, reporting to the Carer Recruitment and Development Co‑Ordinator.

Working within a trauma-informed practice framework, you will build strong community connections, facilitate carer training, conduct assessments, ensure compliance requirements are met, and support carers to provide safe, nurturing and therapeutic environments for vulnerable children and young people.
