Job summary
Specsavers Australia is seeking a Talent Recruitment & Development Manager to join the ANZ Partner Recruitment team. You will lead recruitment strategies and leadership assessments, shaping the Partner Pathway Program and building a strong pipeline of future Specsavers Partners across Australia and New Zealand.
You will identify high-potential talent, provide coaching and feedback, and help candidates build the capability and confidence required for partnership, influencing outcomes in a complex
Qualifications
- Proven skills in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Experience in designing leadership development programs.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience leading succession planning and pipeline initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment strategies for ANZ Partner Recruitment.
- Facilitate leadership assessments and the Partner Pathway Program.
- Identify high-potential talent and coach candidates to readiness for partnership.
- Develop and implement workforce plans and succession outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner growth across AU/NZ.
