Job summary

Carma is an Australian automotive technology business redefining how people buy and sell vehicles. As Talent Acquisition Lead you will guide recruitment across production facilities and frontline roles, partnering with leaders to translate workforce needs into practical sourcing and hiring plans.

You will coach the TA team, scale high-volume campaigns, and build durable pipelines while leveraging data and new tools to improve candidate experience and time-to-fill.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading a Talent Acquisition team.
• Proven high-volume and targeted sourcing experience.
• Experience partnering with executives on workforce plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment across Carma's operational workforce and hiring plans.
• Coach the TA team and optimize processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for frontline and skilled roles.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and headcount forecasting.
• Use data to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.
