Qualifications

• Experience in managing recruitment from headcount approval to offer.
• Strong customer service approach and focus on candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Ability to screen candidates by phone and interview effectively.
• Experience in agency or internal recruiting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment process for multiple vacancies.
• Source, headhunt, advertise, screen, interview and reference-check candidates.
• Partner with hiring leaders to build talent pools aligned with Interflow values.
