Job summary

Benetas in Hawthorn East is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People, Culture and Diversity Department on a full-time basis until October 2027. You will recruit across corporate roles (Marketing, IT, Finance, Contact Centre) and volume hiring for Care Workers and Nurses, without fixed portfolios, while building strong partnerships with hiring managers on site.

Our team of 3 TA Advisors, supported by a TA Manager, uses PageUp ATS/CRM to source, manage pre-employment

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care, disability or regulated sectors is desirable.
• Driver's licence required to visit sites and offices.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Strategically source to roles, balancing quick hiring needs with costs, efficiencies and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers on a diverse portfolio of their workforce needs, and spend time on site to understand their day to day and the roles in more detail.
• Run volume hiring for Care Workers and Nurses as required.
• Create positive experiences, meaningful connections for our candidates, and promote Benetas at external events.
• Build talent pools and keep candidates engaged for future hiring needs.
• Train hiring managers in the use of the system and best practice recruitment.
• Ensure pre-employment compliance requirements and accurate Employment Contract and onboarding management.
• Keep up to date with market trends, insights, tools / systems, and opportunities to improve our service.
• Continuously review our services through data, surveys, proactive feedback and provide proactive recommendations for solutions and changes to enhance our delivery.

The Role

Skills

We are a team of 3 Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisors, supported by a Talent Acquisition Manager, based at our head office in Hawthorn East. We recruit across corporate roles (eg Marketing, IT, Finance, Contact Centre), and volume hiring of Care Workers and Nurses. We don't have set portfolios so there is an opportunity to work on a variety of roles and flex your skills in different ways. Our hiring is supported through PageUp for the ATS and CRM. Our TA Advisors:

Experience in aged care, disability or regulated sectors is desired, as well as having a driver's licence to be able to visit sites and other offices to connect with hiring managers, run volume hiring events, and attend careers events.

Please note, Benetas requires all staff to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
