Due to an internal secondment opportunity, we're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People, Culture and Diversity Department on a full-time basis until October 2027.
We are a team of 3 Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisors, supported by a Talent Acquisition Manager, based at our head office in Hawthorn East. We recruit across corporate roles (eg Marketing, IT, Finance, Contact Centre), and volume hiring of Care Workers and Nurses. We don't have set portfolios so there is an opportunity to work on a variety of roles and flex your skills in different ways. Our hiring is supported through PageUp for the ATS and CRM. Our TA Advisors:
Experience in aged care, disability or regulated sectors is desired, as well as having a driver's licence to be able to visit sites and other offices to connect with hiring managers, run volume hiring events, and attend careers events.
Please note, Benetas requires all staff to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
