Job summary

Indigitise Pty Ltd is seeking a Systems Trainer to join the Indigo Change Management Team in Canberra, reporting to the Training Manager. The role focuses on planning and delivering tailored training to enable adoption of new systems and ways of working.

You will work with the Change Management Section and Agency Training teams to develop fit-for-purpose materials, coordinate sessions (virtual and in-person), and monitor uptake with regular reports, while holding an active Baseline security

Qualifications

• Innovate and lead creative training strategies to support the Indigo Program.
• Collaborate with the Change Team to deliver training activities according to the Program schedule.
• Craft engaging and fit-for-purpose training materials for adoption.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the training strategy for the Program.
• Coordinate the training schedule to support change and adoption.
• Deliver training sessions, virtually and in-person.
• Provide consistent reporting on training delivery, uptake and outcomes.
