You’ll support the successful delivery of business improvement and operational change initiatives across UGL Utilities O&M. Working closely with operational teams, program leaders and key stakeholders, you’ll gather business requirements, map and improve processes, support implementation activities and help drive the successful adoption of new tools and ways of working.
