Job summary

Queensland Revenue Office in Brisbane is seeking an experienced System Test Coordinator Fines & SPER to lead a team of testing professionals and coordinate testing across core systems supporting Fines and SPER operations.

You will manage resources, environments and dependencies, drive continuous improvement in testing practices, and liaise with analysts, developers and service management to plan testing activities effectively. Flexible working options may be requested.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of technical professionals in a complex testing environment.
• Understanding of Agile and traditional system testing methodologies.
• Experience with test automation and defect management tools, with Tricentis qTest and Postman highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all testing for Fines and SPER systems.
• Analyze divisional priorities and plan resources, environments and dependencies across multiple projects and BAU streams.
• Lead a team of testing professionals, provide guidance and establish testing processes and standards.
• Oversee testing activities including reviewing test scenarios, diagnosing defects and reporting outcomes.
• Liaise with business analysts, developers and service management to plan testing effectively.
• Assess and recommend test resources and tools.
